A family winery for six generations, Quinta de Santa Teresa is committed to terrier based expressions with 30-40 year old vines on granitic soil. They are certified organic, never using herbicides or synthetic products and implementing a minimal interventionist winemaking philosophy.

Floral and spice (celery seed) on the nose with melon. A very clean and dry orange with a little grip, not funky but not overly fruity and very crisp. We suggest pairing with something like Pho that’s really herbal but fresh and not too spicy. Or maybe some prawns treated very simply and mussels in a white wine sauce.
