A sweet, inviting aroma on the nose followed by a texturally rich cassis palate. The dark fruit evolves mid-palate and the stern finish begs for another sip.
At the time of the French Revolution, the current property was called the Domaine de Pez (meaning ”peace” in the local dialect). After numerous land owners, Ormes de Pez was purchased by Jean-Charles Cazes in the wake of the Second World War.
