While we love wine oh-so-much, we greatly enjoy many other libations as well (all of them, actually). High on that list is our True Believer Hard Apple Cider. It’s crisp and refreshing so this past Saturday, we paired it with some Plymouth Sharp Cheddar Cheese, brought to us by our friends at Good Eggs. This turned out to be a match made in heaven that will forever be our new afternoon snack.
